How can I get email notifications for all new leads?
How can I get leads in other areas?
You can always call us at 888 246-0551 to update your account, but you can also manage your subscription from the Manage Your Subscription section of the site.

From Subscriber Home, click on the Subscriptions link.

Once in the Manage Your Subscriptions area, you can add or remove trade areas and change your email notification settings.

E-Mail Notification Settings
When you signed up for your free trial, you selected your e-mail notification settings. You can change these settings at any time by checking or unchecking the boxes under the E-Mail Notification Settings.

Note: An e-mail notification is our way of letting you know that we've uploaded new data to the site. We check with our research department once per day and if there are new restaurant leads in your area, we email them directly to you. Since listings in the Restaurant Unverified Activity Reports are largely undesignated, if you would like to receive email notifications of unverified activity input, we strongly recommend that you receive notifications for all restaurant types.

If you choose to turn off your e-mail notification settings, you will only receive billing messages via e-mail from us. (Monthly subscription invoices are generated around the first of each month and sent via e-mail.)

Changes you make are only saved if you click on the Save Subscription button.

Adding or Removing Trade Areas
You can add or remove trade areas at any time by checking or unchecking the boxes under the Restaurant Activity "Lead Report" and Restaurant Activity "Unverified Activity Report" sections. Your access to new areas is available soon as you save the changes.

Changes you make are only saved if you click on the Save Subscription button. If you make a change to your subscription that affects your billing, you will land on a Subscription Total screen. Click on the Subscriber Home link to return to the front page.

If you have removed trade areas from your subscription, we strongly recommend that you e-mail us at reports@restaurantactivityreport.com or call us at 888 346-0551 to confirm your cancellation and to see if you are due a refund.

If you have added new areas to your subscription that you have not sampled in the past, your new subscription total will take effect at the start of the next billing cycle following your trial.

If you have added new areas to your subscription that you have already sampled in the past 120 days, your new subscription total (prorated to the time of month you add the area(s)) will take effect immediately.
