
How do I change my password?
How do I update my email address, phone number, or mailing address?
You can always call us at 888 246-0551 to update your account, but you can also manage your profile from the Manage Your Profile section of the site.
From Subscriber Home, click on the Manage Profile link.

Once in the Manage Your Profile area, you can update any of your contact information as well as your login password.
All of the information we have on file for you is displayed in the fields except for your current password; your password fields appear blank. Do not type in the password fields unless you want to change your password; as long as you do not type anything in those spaces, your password will remain the same.
Changes you make are only saved if you click on the Save Profile button.
Note: You may cancel your subscription from the Manage Your Profile screen. However, we recommend that you follow up your cancellation here with a cancellation request email to us at reports@restaurantactivityreport.com or a quick call to us at 888 246-0551.
