From Subscriber Home, click on the Unverified Activity tab. (You can access any part of your subscription information from Subscriber Home, but the default tab is the Lead Reports tab.)

If you subscribe to an Unverified Activity Report, you will retrieve your unverified activity data here.
The first thing you must do is to choose a region and a Publication Date Range (you cannot retrieve data without choosing an area and a date range):
If there are no regions available to you in the Region drop-down menu, you have subscribed to a Lead Report. You can add trade areas to your subscription by clicking the Add New Subscription Areas button just over the Lead Reports tab.
(You can click here to go back to the Lead Report section of the tutorial.)
You may "Select All Areas" available to you or narrow your search by trade area (Eastern North Carolina only, for example). The Publication Date Range defaults to yesterday and today. If you access data as soon as you get the email notification, this may be your best choice! However, if you access your data less frequently, you may wish to view a week or so at a time.
Optional fields to use are Company, Contact, City, and State. These fields are handy to use if you are searching for just one restaurant lead.

While you may choose to filter by Restaurant Type, we recommend that you allow leave all of these boxes checked, as most Unverified Activity entries are unassigned to type. However, you can use this field to filter by type.

Once you have established the search you want, click the search button. The database will perform your requested search and return the results for your parameters:
In this example, there were ten unverified activity entries published for Eastern North Carolina.
If you just want to see the data (and maybe print it off) so you can start making calls, click on the "Click here to view" link. The lead data will immediately pop up in a window.
If you want to save the data, you have two options: Word format and Excel format. If you want a spreadsheet, click on the (*.xls) link. If you want a Word file, click on the (*.doc) link. With either choice, a window will pop up and prompt you to open the file or save it to your computer. Click "Save" to save the file to your computer so you can open it offline.
Remember, we're happy to talk you through a download or two. If you're having any trouble accessing the data, call us at 888 246-0551!
