What is the difference between the "Restaurant Activity Lead Report" and the "Restaurant Unverified Activity Report "?
The "Lead Report" covers restaurants at the earliest stage possible. Each lead is very detailed and built one at a time by our in house research staff. If it's important for you to be the first one in the door, the report is for you.
The "Unverified Activity Report " covers restaurants closer to their actual opening date. Our research team compiles new business data from each state.
Where do you get your data for the new restaurant leads?
Our research staff spends hundreds of hours each month scouring permits, trade journals, and dozens of other sources. We don't have any magic. We simply do the hard work so you wont have to!

When will my new restaurant leads be delivered?
As we confirm new leads or gather activity data, we upload it to this website. The system sends an email notification to each subscriber who has decided to opt in. Subscribers can also log in at any time to see leads or data, even if they have declined to be part of the the email notification system.
How do I access my new restaurant leads?
You can access your account online at any time to search for leads in your area. After you search, simply click on the links to view current leads, or choose either the Word or Excel version to download.

How many leads or activity data entries can I expect in each publication?

Can I get a sample of the publications?

Are there any strings attached to the Free Trial?
No, there are no strings attached. We have no hidden
agenda – our sincere goal is for you to get a free trial subscription in order for you to want to become a paid subscriber. This is truly a risk free offer.
How long will my free trial last?
Your free trial will last 2 weeks. This will give you enough time to test out dozens of new restaurant leads before subscribing!
How does billing work after my free trial?
All of our subscriptions are month-to-month, although we do offer pre-payment and multiple-area discounts. (Please call a representative at 888 246-0551 to get full details.)
Most subscribers opt to use our automated payment system to pay by credit card each month; your Account Manager can help to activate your subscription by credit card when he or she contacts you to welcome you, or you can call a representative at 888 246-0551 to begin. We will always e-mail a receipt to you within one business day of the time your card is charged.
As an alternative, clients can receive a Net 10-Day term invoice each month by email or fax. Please contact a billing representative at 888 246-0551, option 3, to provide your company's Accounts Payable contact information or to request a W-9.
Subscriptions with past-due invoices will be frozen until receivables are settled.
